The POM soap factory presents the characteristics of its products on its website. The photos are not contractual since the soaps are handcrafted: one soap can never be identical to another. POM reserves the right to replace a rectangular shaped soap with another shape of the same weight.
The offers presented by POM are only valid within the limits of available stocks.
POM soaps must be stored away from humidity, too high a temperature or too intense light.
Order and order confirmation
Any order implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general conditions of sale. The products are delivered either by LA POSTE, or by any other means, at the choice of the buyer and offered by the site. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The customer receives an email informing him of the departure of the package.
A contribution to the delivery costs is requested from the buyer depending on the size, the weight of the package, and the choice of the buyer.

Right to retract
Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of his order to return the item delivered for exchange or refund, at the choice of the buyer, without penalty except for the cost of return. He can return the unwanted products by his own means. The value of the returned products will be refunded to him, excluding the initial transport costs within 14 days.
